The first, a 1500 square foot terrace in a more urban setting. Despite agreeing to the plans in the winter the stair railing was never ordered and wasn’t installed until well after the steps. When they installed the railing a large portion of the step was broken and nobody came to fix it until I complained. We enjoyed our outdoor space all year and now are looking to have then upgrade our outdoor lighting.
