Additionally, Mr. Ferrara served as the Acting Executive Director of Mission Support in the Office of Field Operations, where he was responsible for managing an operating budget of $4.1 billion, as well as providing asset and logistical support, and customer-focused human resource solutions for nearly 28,000 employees. Mr. Ferrara also served as the Deputy Executive Director, Planning, Program Analysis, and Evaluation, where he was charged with providing agency leadership with the data, analysis, and performance measures pivotal for short-term, intermediate, and strategic decision-making.
