And, how can a doctor be required to play bureaucrat and worry about law suits and other complications and still remain true to his professional oath? Related. The camera follows a man's journey in his quest for a doctor that would treat his... we're not sure what because doctors, you see, work for hospitals and, before you can get any compassionate care you must first pass through the hospital's triage bureaucracy.
